Key Responsibilities
- Identify top sales talent through our database of NEPQ Certified students.
- Collaborate with our B2B Clients to define job requirements and expectations.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong cultural fit.
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Build an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Compensation
$66,000 annually, paid twice monthly on the 15th and last day of the month. Additional Incentive for headcount filled will be discussed during interview.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within sales.
- Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, CRMs (preferably hubspot or Close.IO) and professional networks.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
