What will I do?
- Follow up on any unclosed sales estimates for the company.
- Generate sales by utilizing current customer database.
- Overcome objections and close sales to meet performance requirements.
- Stay up to date on current promotions and specials.
- Present financing options and assist customers with financing applications and processing.
- Complete all necessary forms, contracts, change orders, rebate applications, & necessary documentation to complete the sales process.
- Attend weekly sales meetings held by leadership.
- Communicate with the Sales Recovery department to maximize customer acquisition.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (sales experience a bonus!).
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV check.
