Sales Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome on-site guests, determine the nature of their business, and announce guests to appropriate personnel
• Answer incoming telephone calls, screen the purpose of the request, and forward the call to appropriate personnel or department
• Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate staff are unavailable
• Aid with clerical duties such as faxing, copying, and organizing/maintaining files
• Coordinate with vendors and services they provide
• Ensure the main voicemail reflects office closings, special events, and post office closed signs. Answering questions about the organization and providing callers with address, directions, and other requested information
• Receive and deliver mail to Office Manager
• Maintain the Rotation board
• Make next day Customer Delivery confirmation calls
• Conduct Customer Delivery Orientation
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
• Collect, organize, and account for previous business days' sales and greeters logs
• Support administrative and special projects requirements, as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

Full Time
Weekend availability and overtime as needed

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED
1 to 3 months of related experience and training
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

Compensation

$16 - $20 DOE
