Sales Property Consultant (Dubai Based)

About the role

MCCONE Properties is hiring driven salespeople from Charlotte to join their Dubai team. The role involves providing professional property consultations, generating leads, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, assisting with documentation, and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
• Advises clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off-plan properties
• Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
• Aid with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximize property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory

Requirements

• Currently based in Charlotte (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
• Highly motivated, disciplined and target-oriented
• Financial stability is essential (commission-based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Driving license preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
