Sales Project Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Project Manager to perform specialized administrative duties requiring a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, discretion, and independent judgement. In collaboration with the Director, Sales Development, this role is responsible for successfully managing administrative activities within the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Act as ambassador of Relation culture to clients, teams, and visitors.
- Mentor and manage administrative support team members.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and monitor emails for action items; compose and prepare email responses as appropriate for designated producers.
- Format and prepare information on prospective new business and other incoming correspondence for review.
- Field calls and serve as front-line liaison to assigned accounts.
- Keep the Director apprised of internal and external matters related to production teams.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including invitations and agendas, and direct all inquiries; serve as the main point of contact regarding meeting arrangements.
- Take minutes of meetings and prepare action item lists.
- Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.
- Support Relation client teams in peer-reviewing and assembling client presentations.
- Attend Relation team meetings to take notes and document meetings as needed.
- Provide backup support to client support teams and agency management systems as needed.
- Perform administrative duties (filing, photocopying, and faxing) in an efficient and timely manner.
- Develop presentations by designing format, collecting information, and compiling data; request materials from other individuals and ensure consistency in format.
- Review for errors and edit as necessary.
- Travel to clients to ensure account retention, maintenance, and compliance as needed.
- Support Director initiatives for producer support.
- Perform other projects, duties, and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years in an administrative role with at least 5 years supporting Executive Management.
- P&C or Life license preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Consistent attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, maintaining a high level of tact and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision as well as effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to function effectively under tight time constraints, consistently meet strict deadlines, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.
- Self-managed and responsible for project and time management.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,000.00 - $126,000.00. This range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, where an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
