Sales & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Handle all size projects, from temporary signage needs (like tradeshows and events) to full-scale projects, like new businesses opening and recurring customers with a monthly flow of orders.
• Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Helps to manage the customers’ experience with the company and its employees.
• Other duties may be assigned, that may or may not include the following: pick-up & delivery of materials, supplies, signs, etc. File & proof generation, follow-up on proofing with customers, meeting on-site for installations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 2–5+ years of experience in sales, estimating, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills, including the ability to present professionally
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• High level of integrity and sound decision-making

Compensation

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
