Sales Project Manager

About the role

This position focuses on Customer Account Management projects, managing all aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
• Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources to complete the project
• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations
• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
• Ensure the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment
• Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan
• May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of relevant Sales or Project Management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Industry knowledge is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state-issued license is required
• Project Management Professional certification highly desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work

Pay

Pay Range: $22.50 - $48.65 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Estimated ranges displayed are hourly for this role. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional after-hours work may be required based on business need.
