Sales & Project Consultant

Join a family-owned business that values people, integrity, and relationships. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Sales & Project Consultant to help customers improve their homes and properties in the Columbus and surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and meet with customers throughout Central Ohio
• Measure projects and gather job information on-site
• Prepare fence estimates and proposals
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• Follow up on leads and assist customers through the sales process
• Manage projects sold, coordinating with office staff and installation teams to ensure project success
• Assist with social media content and online customer engagement
• Serve as backup to office staff: answering phones, scheduling quotes, etc.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, AI, and others)
• Basic awareness of construction, carpentry, fencing, home improvement, or related trades (preferred)
• Ability to learn new products, software, and sales techniques
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule
• Experience with social media platforms (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
