Sales- Project Consultant
Description
Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community outreach
Meet with homeowners and build lasting customer relationships
Conduct property inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities
Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance restoration processes
Prepare estimates and project proposals
Guide customers through agreements and project scheduling
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Represent Aspen Contracting with professionalism and integrity
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

Work Environment
This is a field-based sales position requiring local travel throughout your assigned territory. Project Consultants spend time meeting with homeowners, conducting inspections, generating leads, and managing projects in various weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders as part of the inspection process.
