Sales Professionals currently in The Mortgage Business as Independent Agents
About the role
Integrity Marketing Groups is the largest provider of life and health care products in the country. We are seeking motivated sales professionals currently in the mortgage business who are looking for part‑time opportunities to enter the life and health insurance market with a market leader. As soon as you help a client secure a mortgage, that mortgage is recorded and the client receives mailers, emails and phone calls about mortgage protection—a life insurance policy that protects against death, disability or illness and helps families stay in their home. Licensed life insurance agents assist clients in securing these policies, often paying for the same leads you generated. This role lets you expand your income and provide next‑level customer service to your existing book of business.
Responsibilities
- Connect with your existing mortgage clients and let them know you can now offer mortgage protection.
- Conduct consultations and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
- Present products confidently (virtual or in‑person).
- Build client relationships and manage your own book of business.
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
- Leverage your already developed skill set to create a system‑driven source of income for you and your family.
Benefits
- Residual‑based business that pays a pension‑like income.
- Uncapped commissions plus monthly bonuses and annual residuals.
- Leadership training and career advancement opportunities.
- Flexible work—ideal for those seeking additional monthly income.
- Opportunity to grow in a recession‑proof, high‑impact industry.
Schedule
This is a remote, commission‑based opportunity with a flexible schedule (U.S. only).
