Sales Professional (Part Time)

About the role

Join our team in Tampa as a part-time Sales Professional! Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to help customers create beautiful outdoor living spaces. We’ve been enhancing Florida lifestyles for over 50 years and offer a supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture and outdoor living products.
• Operate POS systems efficiently.
• Meet sales targets through commission-based incentives (sales, delivery, and protection plans).
• Travel to Largo for quarterly training sessions.

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter).
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Comfort with POS systems.

• 14-week onboarding program.

Pay

Paid training, hourly base pay plus commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans.

Schedule

28-hour workweek, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
