Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective residents
  • Set up and conduct Touchmark home tours
  • Engage prospective residents in our community
  • Visit prospective residents at their homes
  • Help prospective residents see how Touchmark enriches their lives
  • Proactively exceed sales and personal financial goals
  • Build relationships with prospective residents and their families over the phone and in person
  • Increase occupancy by working with our team members to ensure every person who walks through our doors experiences the meaning of living their “Full Life”
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of potential new residents
  • Serve as a member of the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations
  • View the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options

Requirements

  • A college degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • At least 5 years of successful sales experience
  • Relationship-based sales experience a plus
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in the senior living, hotel, and hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Computer proficiency and experience with a lead tracking system
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

Compensation for this position includes a salary, sales commissions, quarterly occupancy bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. For the right-driven, motivated individual, there is potential to reach a six-figure salary in this role.

Schedule

This will be a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
