Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective residents
- Set up and conduct Touchmark home tours
- Engage prospective residents in our community
- Visit prospective residents at their homes
- Help prospective residents see how Touchmark enriches their lives
- Proactively exceed sales and personal financial goals
- Build relationships with prospective residents and their families over the phone and in person
- Increase occupancy by working with our team members to ensure every person who walks through our doors experiences the meaning of living their “Full Life”
- Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs and schedules of potential new residents
- Serve as a member of the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations
- View the sales and marketing process as an opportunity to educate prospective residents and families about Touchmark’s living options
Requirements
- A college degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience
- At least 5 years of successful sales experience
- Relationship-based sales experience a plus
- Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in the senior living, hotel, and hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A commitment to outstanding customer service
- Computer proficiency and experience with a lead tracking system
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay
Compensation for this position includes a salary, sales commissions, quarterly occupancy bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. For the right-driven, motivated individual, there is potential to reach a six-figure salary in this role.
Schedule
This will be a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
