Anyone with customer-facing experience, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants, and others in similar roles, can be successful in this position. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs to help them realize their design vision
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
• Earn customers’ trust through honest conversations filled with integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate product value and explain benefits fulfilling the customer’s needs

Requirements

• Team player, driven, and motivated to succeed
• Great listener with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
• 2+ years of retail or clearance sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use current electronic devices like tablets and touch screens
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
