Anyone with customer service experience, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants, and others in similar roles, can be successful in this position. We provide essential tools like the best advertising, financing, and delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer’s home furnishing needs
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills
• Earn customers' business through honest conversations filled with integrity
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate product value and explain benefits fulfilling the customer's needs

Requirements

• Team player, driven, and motivated to succeed
• Great listener with a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided for the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use current electronic devices like tablets and touch screens
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Average pay ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year based on commission and position location.
