Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers
• Uncover customer's home furnishing needs
• Generate sales through a consultative approach
• Build rapport with customers through strong interpersonal skills and excellent listening
• Earn customers' trust through honest conversations
• Encourage additional products to complete the room
• Work as part of a team to meet sales goals
• Explain financing and protection plans
• Demonstrate product value and benefits that meet customer needs

Requirements

• Team player, driven, and motivated
• Great listener with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use tablets and touch screens
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

Average pay ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year based on commission and location.
