What You’ll Do
- Participating in daily sales meetings and training sessions.
- Staying informed about new products, features, accessories, etc. and their benefits to customers.
- BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
- WORKING WITH SALES MANAGERS TO ACHIEVE INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM GOALS.
- UNDERSTANDING VEHICLE VALUES, FINANCING CONCEPTS, AND TRADE-IN PROCESSES.
- FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND RETENTION.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
