Responsibilities
- Product focus will be/but not limited to roofing, siding, and solar
- Conduct proper up-front contract and needs assessment on each site to match product and accessories to address customer’s needs
- Perform product demonstrations when requested by property owner
- MATCH the correct installation requirements to the type of building application
- Provide accurate measurements and trim requirements for quoting purposes
- ADOPT and UTILIZE JobProgress CRM for all customer data entry, communication, scheduling, and proposals
- Capture sale and set clear expectations providing scope of work, delivery schedule, and timeline to customer
- FOLLOW-UP with the customer through completion of installation to ensure a positive “Customer Experience”
- STRIVE for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers
- GAIN new business/leads through networking, referrals, and canvassing “target” neighborhoods
- UTILIZE electronic systems (Podium, Company Cam, RenoWorks, Hover) to manage customer communications and design
- COLLECT initial/final payment if necessary
- RESPOND back to customers within 24 hours
- ADHERE to all monthly call log responsibilities
Requirements
- Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Understanding of Customer Resource Management Systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Initiative and tenacity to execute goals
- Availability Monday thru Saturday (every other Saturday specifically) including evenings
