Responsibilities
- Learn features and benefits of the products we carry, with the ability to share that knowledge with our clients.
- Greet clients, discover their wants and needs for their home, engage them with merchandise options - including features and benefits, and provide exceptional client service during and post-sale.
- Absorb clients in designing spaces they'll absolutely love.
- Participate energetically in events and promotion opportunities for our clients.
- Organize and maintain an aspirational merchandise appearance in the showroom.
- Contribute positively to the sales goals of the Team.

Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
- Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
- Self-motivated and strong Team player
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven furniture sales experience and/or Interior Design knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
- Available 40 hours/week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic.
