- Learn and become knowledgeable about Ford and Lincoln vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
- Follow up with customers using phone, text, email, and CRM tools.
- Work closely with your team to provide a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and dependable attendance.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and dealership goals.
