We’re expanding our sales team in the high-growth specialty sleep sector and need driven, high-energy Sales Professionals who thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment. You’ll engage directly with customers, diagnose their sleep issues, overcome objections, and close deals on premium mattresses that deliver real results—products that optimise recovery, boost daily performance, and transform lives while commanding strong margins.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to diagnose sleep issues and close deals on premium mattresses
• Overcome customer objections and build rapport quickly
• Diagnose sleep issues and recommend appropriate products
• Close deals on premium mattresses that deliver real results

Requirements

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales aggressively
• Competitive mindset with a relentless drive to hit targets in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
• Passion for mastering product knowledge, sleep science, and how quality rest fuels performance and recovery
• Professional presentation, confident demeanor, and high energy
• Reliable personal transportation to rotate between London, Somerset, and Richmond locations
• Physical capability to demonstrate mattresses and assist with occasional light lifting/movement in the showroom

Compensation

• Base pay: $15/hour
