Check out our many videos to learn more! http://www.dxpe.com/about-us/careers/ Summary Under the direction of the Regional Sales Vice President, the Sales Professional is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, growing and managing an assigned territory, and driving revenue through new and existing customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of rotating equipment applications within the ethanol market, the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and a commitment to delivering proactive solutions that align with customer objectives. The successful candidate will consistently exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service and providing measurable value to customers. Responsibilities The Sales Professional's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop strategic account plans and accurate sales forecasts.Build and grow rotating equipment business within the ethanol market.Identify, develop, and close new sales and service opportunities within the assigned territory.Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts.Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and rotating equipment solutions.Proactively resolve customer issues and provide value-added solutions.Understand customer goals, supply chain initiatives, and operational challenges to recommend effective solutions.Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across customer organizations.Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and growth objectives.Prepare routine cost-savings reports and communicate measurable value to customers whenever possible.Maintain strong sales process discipline and accurate account documentation.Provide monthly key account reports highlighting customer activities, service concerns, competitive challenges, projects, initiatives, and cost-savings achievements.Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience selling industrial products, preferably rotating equipment.Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency with computers and common business software applications.Experience developing proposals, solutions, and customer presentations.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships and generating repeat business.Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company guidelines. Additional Information #ZRTS Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Assist with loading equipment into vehicles for repair and service activities as needed. Working Conditions Frequent work within industrial facilities and food processing plants.Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Training/Certifications None required. Travel Requirements Approximately 1 to 2 overnight stays per week, averaging 2 weeks of travel per month. Education Relevant combination of education and experience preferred.
