About the role
Independently sell products and services to customers in a retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales transactions, process payments, and provide customer service.
- Present products and services to customers, answer questions, and assist with product selection.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Basic numerical reasoning skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
- Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great listening ability.
- High energy people person with a sales focus and experience in a customer satisfaction environment.
- Available to work a retail schedule.
