$1000 sign-on bonus when sales expectations are met in the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Superstore Retail Experience in a customer-satisfaction environment
• Assist guests in selecting appliances, electronics, furniture, mattresses, and home decor
• Use Windows-based computer programs to complete sales transactions
• Complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Great listening ability
• High-energy, people-focused with a sales background
• Available to work a retail schedule
• Basic reading, comprehension, and numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous demonstrated experience in a customer-satisfaction environment preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
