Your job is simple: find businesses Maya can help, start the conversation, and turn those relationships into customers. What You’ll SellMaya AI provides AI-powered solutions across areas such as:Sales and customer engagementRecruiting and applicant engagementWorkflow and business automationAI assistantsData and business analysisCustom AI solutions for business teamsYou do not need to be an AI engineer.We’ll train you on Maya, our products, common business use cases, and how to identify opportunities where Maya can provide value. What You’ll DoBuild your own pipeline of prospective businessesConnect with business owners, executives, and decision-makersIntroduce companies to Maya AILearn about a prospect’s challenges and identify potential solutionsSchedule and participate in demonstrations and sales conversationsDevelop referral and partnership relationshipsWork with the Maya team on qualified opportunitiesHelp move opportunities from introduction through closeKeep your sales activity and opportunities updated in our CRMYou can develop business through direct outreach, your existing network, referrals, partnerships, events, social selling, and other approved sales channels. CompensationThis is a 1099 independent-contractor, commission-based sales opportunity. There is no base salary. New CustomersEarn 15% of the first-year contract value on customer accounts you directly source and close.For example, a $25,000 first-year customer contract would generate a $3,750 commission. Customer RenewalsAfter the customer’s initial 12-month term, earn a 3% residual commission on annual recurring revenue when that customer renews and remains active and paying.Using the same $25,000 account as an example, a qualifying renewal would generate a $750 renewal commission. Commissions are paid according to the contractor compensation agreement after Maya AI receives the applicable customer payment.Your actual earnings will depend on the business you generate and close. How Maya Helps You SellYou’re independent, but you’re not expected to figure everything out by yourself.You’ll have access to Maya to help with things such as:Researching prospects and companiesPreparing for sales conversationsUnderstanding Maya products and use casesCreating outreach and follow-up messagingPreparing presentations and account informationWorking through potential customer needsFor qualified opportunities, members of the Maya AI team can also participate in product demonstrations, technical conversations, pricing discussions, and the closing process. About the OpportunityThis is an independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional salaried position.There is no fee to participate, and compensation is based on customer business generated through your sales activity—not recruiting other sales representatives.You control how you build your pipeline while following Maya AI’s sales guidelines, customer-account protections, and contractor agreement.
