About the role

Rizkly is an autonomy governance software company focused on helping organizations build and operate physical autonomous machines and software-driven systems in the Life Sciences and Medtech sectors. The company is particularly active in assisting and surgical robots, continuous manufacturing automation, and new waves of autonomous medical and pharma systems that require continuous safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build target lists of Medtech and Life Sciences companies likely to need safety/compliance automation.
  • Identify the right buyer personas within these companies (e.g., VP Engineering, Head of Quality/Regulatory Affairs, CISO).
  • Run email outreach sequences and LinkedIn-based prospecting (Sales Navigator searches, connection requests, InMail) to generate qualified conversations with decision-makers.
  • Run first-call product demonstrations, articulating Rizkly's value in plain terms.
  • Work with internal team and prospects to structure sales orders, RFP responses, and pilot project plans that demonstrate Rizkly's value to their specific environments.

Requirements

  • 1–30 years of professional work experience (sales engineering for software and/or mechanical products — direct SaaS sales experience is a plus but not required).
  • Comfort with cold outreach and rejection.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Genuine curiosity about Medtech, robotics, manufacturing automation, cold storage, regulatory compliance, or B2B tech.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with, or strong interest in, medtech, life sciences, robotics, or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus, though not required.

Skills

  • Technical background helpful for answering certain implementation questions.
