Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for scheduled appointments.
- Engage customers in consultative conversations to identify their specific needs and challenges related to building and construction.
- Articulate the benefits and features of our products clearly and persuasively, tailoring the presentation to individual customer requirements.
- Skillfully handle objections and address customer concerns with confidence and empathy.
- Negotiate terms and effectively close sales, ensuring a smooth and positive transaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a respectful demeanor while present in customers' homes.
- Collaborate with the appointment setting team to ensure a seamless handover of warm leads.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-only structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $90,000 and $250,000 annually, with your success directly tied to your ability to close deals and drive revenue. We provide the leads and the opportunity; your drive and skill will determine your income.

Requirements
- Comfortable driving through assigned sales territories daily.
- Actively looking for a full-time outside sales position.
- Comfortable meeting with customers inside their homes.
- Comfortable entering basements, crawl spaces, utility rooms, and unfinished areas as part of the appointment.
- Physically able to walk stairs, inspect lower-level areas of homes, and stand/walk during appointments.
- Able to be held accountable to weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Willing to ask homeowners direct questions about budget, urgency, decision-making, and timeline.
- Willing to ask for the sale during the appointment.
- Willing to follow a structured sales process.
- Reliable when working independently most of the day without a manager physically present.
