About the role

This role is vital to our company. To the customer, you are the face of Chapman. You answer their questions and concerns and guide them through every step of the buying process.

Responsibilities

• Create and preserve relationships with clients through outbound sales activities
• Understand client needs, make product recommendations and organize test drives
• Be the product expert - know the ins and outs of product offerings and latest technology
• Perform professional vehicle demonstrations
• Negotiate deals with clients
• Log sales activities on the CRM
• Personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure quality service and generate referrals
• Conduct business development and networking activities to generate sales
• Consistently provide exceptional customer service to clients
