What We Need
We’re seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to act as an extension of our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by Katz Media Sales teams
- Enter and revise orders
- Submit special billing requests
- Work with Account Executives to generate proposals
- Respond to Account Executive requests regarding spot times
- Aid the sales team with sales material creation & recaps
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
- Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike and Veritone a plus
What You'll Bring
- A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
- An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales
- Bi-lingual is a plus
Compensation
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. $28.57 - $35.715
