Sales Person Position - Bangor and Newport Float

About the role

We are seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to sell and service Verizon Wireless products and services at our retail locations, floating between Bangor, Newport, and Ellsworth. As an Account Executive, you must be self-motivated and aggressively driven to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will utilize your customer service skills and expertise in product knowledge while applying proven sales methods to prospect, qualify, and close customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to determine their wireless needs.
• Stay up to date on the latest technology.
• Understand customer needs and help them discover why our products meet those needs.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
• Use competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Network and follow all leads and referrals.
• Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.

Requirements

• Ability to work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–3 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Knowledge of cellular and/or computer technology preferred.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy level, and self-motivated.
• Eagerness to learn new devices and technology.
