Sales Performance Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities
• 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or performance auditing
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep (preferred)
• Working knowledge of SQL (a plus)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex sales channels (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and data risks
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong documentation and presentation skills
