About the Role

You will build and run the systems that make the US revenue engine measurable and efficient. This is a single-owner Sales Operations role: you own the CRM, the pipeline data, the forecast, and the reporting leadership runs the business on. You partner closely with the US GTM Lead, the Account Executives, and Finance. You set up the data layer from scratch and automate everything that can be automated.

Work Location: In person, San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • CRM (HubSpot) automation. Own HubSpot end to end: workflows, lead routing, deal stages, data hygiene, integrations, and the automations that keep the sales team fast and the data clean.
  • P&L. Maintain the GTM P&L view. Track spend, margin, and unit economics in partnership with Finance.
  • Deal monitoring. Track every deal through the funnel, surface stalls and risks early, and run deal desk and approvals.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise at an admin level. You can build automations, integrations, and clean, trusted reporting from scratch. Salesforce experience also welcome.
  • Strong analytical chops: pipeline analytics, forecasting, and funnel metrics.
  • You are AI-native. You build automations and agents to do the work of a larger team. We use tools like Claude, n8n, and scripting.
  • On-site in San Francisco.

Bonus: AI, cloud, or infrastructure background.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Unlimited PTO

Pay

Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000, plus equity
