Roles And Responsibilities
- Create and modify orders within AS400/SAP
- Build strong relationships with internal Ryerson employees and external vendors
- Pay great attention to detail and wear many hats
- Inform internal employees about order tracking and lead times
- Solve problems to deliver products on time
- Keep detailed records of tracking material
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of prior sales or industry experience
- Customer-centric mentality
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and driven by customer experiences
