Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create and modify orders within AS400/SAP
  • Build strong relationships with internal Ryerson employees and external vendors
  • Pay great attention to detail and wear many hats
  • Inform internal employees about order tracking and lead times
  • Solve problems to deliver products on time
  • Keep detailed records of tracking material
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of prior sales or industry experience
  • Customer-centric mentality
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and driven by customer experiences
