What You’ll Do
- Training & Communications: Coordinate onboarding and ongoing sales enablement programs; create and maintain training materials; and manage internal sales communications across written, recorded, and live formats. Partner with subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze sales processes and operational metrics to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency. Help document and improve sales processes to standardize workflows and make day-to-day work more repeatable.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain sales data quality, prepare recurring reports and dashboards, support Salesforce data hygiene, and assist with forecasting or pipeline reporting.
- Project Coordination: Support key initiatives by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, communicating progress, and following up on action items to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or a similar role within a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation development, and professional business communications.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills. Process-oriented and adaptable to evolving business needs and processes.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred; experience with any CRM platform is required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and supporting the success of the broader organization.
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and effectively manage multiple deadlines.
Nice To Have
- Experience with Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive, is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one, small group, larger team, and recorded settings.
- Experience supporting process improvement and change management initiatives is preferred.

Likely Where You’ll Work
The role is hybrid, requiring working from our Denver office at least two days per week.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $70K - $85K for Denver, Colorado. The salary range displayed on this job posting reflects a minimum and maximum target. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this range reflects the base salary target range only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
