Responsibilities
- Audit incoming sales contracts for pricing, scope, accuracy, and margin compliance
- Accurately enter and maintain contract and project data in internal systems
- Maintain required documentation across CRM and project management systems
- Serve as a point of contact for onboarding-related documentation and process support
- Collect, review, and verify required partner documents for completeness and accuracy
- Track onboarding progress and provide monthly onboarding summaries
- Assist with the communication and tracking of projects placed On Hold
- Help identify documentation or process gaps impacting project progression
- Provide weekly project hold summaries to internal stakeholders
- Prepare and communicate recurring business reports and KPI updates, including: Contract accuracy, Project hold status, Partner onboarding progress
- Maintain accurate operational records and support internal reporting needs
- Partner with the Axia Sales Training Team to support training initiatives for new product launches and updates
- Help ensure external partners receive timely communication and education on new programs, tools, or offerings
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in the residential solar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support both internal teams and external partners
