Sales Enablement & Execution Support
Support sales representatives by helping prepare materials and tools that assist with customer conversations.
Maintain and organize information related to key accounts and ongoing initiatives so the team can access what they need.
Identify ways to make sales processes more efficient and consistent.
CRM & Pipeline (HubSpot)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records including opportunities, activities, and customer information.
Build and update dashboards that give the team visibility into pipeline activity and sales rep performance.
Support tracking of marketing program effectiveness within the sales pipeline.
Contracting & Customer Support
Assist with the preparation and coordination of contracts, bids, and proposals.
Manage contract documentation to ensure it is accurate, complete, and processed on time.
Serve as a point of contact for basic customer inquiries related to contracts.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Conduct outreach via phone and email to support lead qualification and customer relationship maintenance.
Help monitor customer health indicators and flag potential at-risk accounts to the sales team.
Sales Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards covering pipeline performance, revenue trends, and KPIs.
Support month-end reporting, forecasting, and executive summaries in partnership with sales leadership.
Maintain databases used for reporting across Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams.
