About the role
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by ensuring efficient processes and data management.
Responsibilities
- Manage CRM data entry and updates
- Coordinate with sales team for lead follow-up and pipeline management
- Support sales forecasting and reporting
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations
- Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
