Sales Operations Specialist
About the role
The Sales Operations Specialist supports and scales 1Plan's growing services business. They lead sales operations and enablement initiatives, manage relationships with key stakeholders, administer sales incentive programs, and support partner and channel recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations and sales enablement initiatives for the 1Plan services organization.
- Manage relationships with buying groups, strategic partners, industry partners, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Administer and manage services sales incentive and compensation programs.
- Partner with Marketing to develop sales playbooks, training materials, presentations, and other enablement content.
- Design and optimize sales processes, partner onboarding programs, and lifecycle management workflows.
- Support channel recruitment, enablement, training, and growth initiatives.
- Track program performance, maintain reporting, and identify opportunities to improve sales productivity.
- Provide general sales administration and project management support across the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, Channel Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly accountable.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools preferred.
Qualifications
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Self-starter mentality, coachability, strong attention to detail, ability to adapt and move quickly in a growing business, excellent collaborator and relationship builder, proven ability to drive projects from concept to execution.

Pay
The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $31.02 to $52.82 per hour, varying by specific work location.
