Sales & Operations Planning Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, supply chain, production, distribution, purchase, and inventory plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of the S&OP plan. Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the planning process.
• Run and execute Demand Planning (DP), Production Planning (MPS), Distribution Planning (DRP), and Material Planning (MRP).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization on key business decisions.
• Define inventory policies and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or S&OP courses/trainings are a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in S&OP/planning.
• 8+ years in leadership roles.
• 5+ years of FMCG experience.
• Experience operating in the USA market (desirable).
• On-site role in Miami, FL, with availability to travel mainly to the East Coast, USA.
