Sales & Operations Planning Analyst

At our headquarters in Columbia, Missouri, our teams design, develop and market products under 21 different brands, that resonate strongly with the activities and passions of our consumers.
About the role
Our team is seeking a talented individual to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and tactics
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage relationships with external partners and agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for outdoor products and a desire to grow with a dynamic company
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
