Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Supervises and manages a team of dedicated Sales Administrators
- Develops and implements workflow process for sales optimization
- Data analysis and contract processing
- Software & technology rollout
- Project management
- Provides support to the sales team via training, coaching, onboarding, of current and new process, software, tools, etc.
- Collaborates with other departments such as Accounting, Operations, Marketing, QA, Transportation and IT to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Works with teams to identify and resolve any challenges that may impact business
- Works with leadership and accounting for period end reports, account clean up, etc.
- Works with sales leadership to develop sales analysis and generate sales reporting
- Ensures data integrity within sales systems
- Works with different departments of organization for selection, testing, and implementation of processes, software, etc.
- Explores new technologies that could advance the sales organization
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales administrative field; 1-2 years of supervising team preferred
- 3+ years in customer service field
- Management experience
- Superior knowledge of Oracle ERP and Office 365 Applications, with emphasis on Excel Pivot Tables

- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Self-motivated; self-starter; extroverted personality
- Work well with all levels of the corporation
- Must be flexible and able to excel in a stressful environment
- Travel: 10% domestically
