About the role
BioWave is seeking a VA Sales and Operations Liaison to help manage and consolidate day-to-day tasks within the VA team. The role involves bridging different departments, facilitating communication, streamlining processes, and supporting the VA Sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sample Order Management for VA Team
- VA Order Resolution
- Customer Service - Manage Problem Orders, Quotes, Pay and Shipment
- A/R Support
- Liaison: Follow Up with Sales Reps for Receivable Updates
- Purchasing Issue Resolution: Resolve All Customer Service Inquiries Related to Purchasing
- VA Specific Programs, Updates, and Problem Resolutions
Requirements
- Experience in/with Customer Service, Inside Sales, Operations
- 2+ Years of Experience
- Computer Proficiency
- Ability to Form Relationships Across the Organization – Particularly with the VA and Sales Departments
- Positive, Persuasive Communicator

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree Preferred
Pay and Benefits
Total Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 (paid hourly) non-exempt
Medical Family: 55%, Employee 45% (>year 2), 75% (onwards)
401K: Discretionary 2% Employer Match
