Sales Operations Business Partner
About the role
The Sales Operations Business Partner supports growth across Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) North America. This role partners with regional and specialty leaders, as well as producers, to drive decision-making, performance, and growth outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Growth & Business Planning - Partner with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, business plans, and performance tracking across assigned areas.
- Pipeline & Forecasting - Own pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy, providing insight on performance, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making.
- Insight & Performance Management - Translate data into actionable insights, enabling leaders to optimize growth, improve conversion, and prioritize opportunities.
- Sales Enablement & CRM - Drive value from CRM (Dynamics 365) through data quality, insight generation, and adoption of consistent processes and standards.
- Client & Account Management Support - Enable delivery of client growth initiatives, including account planning, client satisfaction, and client-at-risk processes.
- Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with Growth Leaders, Producers, Finance, Marketing, and Global Sales Operations teams to coordinate and accelerate growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales operations, business planning, or commercial analytics in a complex, matrix environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear commercial insight.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365) and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate at pace, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000 to $150,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
