Sales Operations Associate

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Associate will enable the business development team and MarshBerry consultants to achieve new business goals by continuously improving sales infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with sales goals through pipeline management, business plans, lead generation, and forecasting efforts.
• Maintain productivity and capacity of team members and propose necessary adjustments.
• Coach and develop individuals with sales goals and recommend training opportunities.
• Affirm the right performance metrics and develop regular reporting and dashboards to track progress.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce and collaborate with the Salesforce Operations Team to enhance the system.
• Partner with marketing and other teams to align lead management, thought leadership efforts, and continuous improvement of lead quality and conversion.
• Assist with the development of marketing strategies and materials that align with service delivery strategies, and assist with external and internal branding execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
• Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Selection Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Related professional designations and licenses preferred.
• 3-5+ years of sales operations, business analytics, or related experience, preferably within investment banking or financial services.
• Strong analytics experience using Excel and BI tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and client information.
• Positive attitude, willing to show consideration for others, and open to trying new things.
• Ability to travel occasionally (10-15%) as needed.
