About the role
We are seeking individuals with a passion for reuniting people with their belongings and a drive to improve efficiency in baggage resolution and lost and found management and deliver exceptional customer service experiences across a range of industries.Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries related to baggage and lost and found issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and track lost and found items to ensure proper identification and return to owners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with baggage handling systems and lost and found databases is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
