Duties and Responsibilities
- Aid in designing and implementing initiatives that streamline the sales cycle and enhance sales effectiveness.
- Aid in minor enhancements to CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (e.g., SAP) systems to support sales processes.
- Collaborate with finance and account management teams to help facilitate timely invoicing and payment processing while addressing basic billing inquiries.
- Utilize data analytics tools to create basic reports that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Participate in various projects related to quoting, purchase orders, accounts receivable, and contracts, ensuring smooth operations and communication with key stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional teams in processing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of accurate quotes to customers, ensuring timely responses and alignment with pricing and contractual terms.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Ability to learn and adapt processes that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general CRM software.
- Understanding of sales operations best practices and financial management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of data reporting and visualization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP software (e.g., SAP) preferred.
