About the role

Tecovas was founded with the simple goal of making the world's best western boots, apparel and leather goods — and selling them at a fair price. We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike. Tecovas is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help build a strong operational foundation for our rapidly growing Wholesale channel. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Wholesale Operations, you will focus on optimizing sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and creating a seamless, radically hospitable experience for our wholesale partners. You'll own key aspects of the B2B platform experience, including catalog and pricing accuracy, seasonal readiness, and cross-functional projects that support the channel's continued growth. This role is based in Austin, TX; candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

B2B Platform & Catalog Management

  • Own ElasticSuite end-to-end, including onboarding, user support, and search and merchandising configuration.
  • Build seasonal line setup, assortment documentation, and order forms ahead of market.
  • Own B2B and SPS catalogs, including product content, imagery, and seasonal tagging.
  • Manage line sheets, physical catalogs, and printed sales materials: production, proofing, vendor coordination, and on-time distribution for market.
  • Publish weekly sell sheets for new items, special buys, and promotions, partnering with Marketing and Trade Marketing on partner-facing assets.

Pricing & Data Integrity

  • Own pricing table accuracy by account tier and segment across every system.
  • Own item and product data integrity, working with Merchandising to collect product, imagery, and price point inputs.
  • Run a standing audit calendar with exception reporting, and fix issues at the source rather than downstream.

Wholesale Initiatives & Project Management

  • Support key wholesale initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Manage cross-functional projects across Wholesale Operations, Sales, Tech, Finance, and Planning: scope, timeline, owners, and follow-through.
  • Participate in process mapping, testing, and implementation of new tools or procedures.
  • Identify manual workflows and apply AI tools and automation to make them faster and more scalable.
  • Document new processes and train stakeholders so solutions stick.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, wholesale or e-commerce operations, IDM, B2B platform administration, or project coordination.
  • Proven project management skills: you run multiple workstreams to deadline, keep cross-functional partners aligned, and close the loop.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization in a deadline-driven, seasonal environment.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to automate, analyze, or accelerate work.
  • Strong data fluency with a working understanding of database fundamentals, data integrity, and a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy through regular audits and proactive issue resolution.
  • Fast learner of new systems with experience implementing them; strong proficiency with Excel and NetSuite, NuOrder, and/or ElasticSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, identifies opportunities for improvement, and isn't afraid to challenge existing processes.
  • Data-driven mindset; enjoy digging into the details to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Quickly learn new systems and leverage technology, AI, and automation to streamline processes and work more efficiently.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across teams and keeping the customer experience at the center of everything you do.

Benefits

  • Insurance plans that pay 79–90% of your health premium coverage and 100% of your dental & vision insurance coverage for your family/dependents.
  • 401(k) match.
  • Paid Parental Leave.
  • Flexible PTO policy.
  • Corporate wellness program.
  • Competitive salary — $70,000–80,000/annum (commensurate with experience).
  • Eligibility to participate in Corporate Bonus Program.
  • Generous employee discounts.
