Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to sales management
- Work cross-functionally with other departments
- Enhance and improve the operational efficiencies within the sales organization
- Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems
- Support to track sales performance metrics and process improvement
- Develop, manage and lead projects
- Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products or services
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales organization
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- Successful candidate will reside in Ohio
- Experience in analyzing data and identifying areas to improve and track
- Skilled using SQL and Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Able to influence and interact with senior leadership
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Proficient in M.S. Office
- Demonstrated success in remote work environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Pay
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
