Sales Operations Administrator

About the Role

The Sales Operations Administrator provides administrative and operational support for the Sales Team, utilizing various software packages to manage the sales quote process through delivery of the company’s products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Account Executives with proposals, sales documents, art requests, and follow-ups.
• Process all orders for Sales Account Executives using CRM software.
• Respond to customer communication by providing updates on sales order progress and product information on behalf of the Account Executive.
• Serve as a primary point of contact in the sales order process to ensure orders are complete and fulfilled timely through coordination with Sales, Production, Inventory, and Shipping.
• Maintain order statuses and inform Account Executives of order progress as needed.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and conference calls for Account Executives and Management.
• Support on- or off-site demonstrations, trade shows, and other presentations as requested.
• Participate in miscellaneous activities and special projects to support overall location operations.
• May assist other employees in achieving their objectives.
• Take initiative in suggesting new processes and procedures to improve job duties.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Intermediate keyboarding skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in a courteous, professional manner, whether individually or in groups, over the phone or in person.
• Strong inter-departmental and intra-departmental communication skills; ability to collaborate diplomatically with a diverse group of people to achieve goals.
• Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
• Experience with Fishbowl software is a plus.
• Experience with Zoho CRM software is a plus.
