Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Partner with senior SSG leadership to shape and operationalize business strategy across international markets
- Lead the development and execution of Business Management Systems (BMS) to support executive decision-making
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on analysis of business performance, market dynamics, and growth opportunities
- Team Leadership
- Coordination
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Operations analysts and professionals, setting priorities and driving high performance
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sales, Finance, Strategy, and other stakeholders
- Act as a central point of alignment to ensure consistent execution across geographies
- Sales Performance Analytics
- Oversee reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking to monitor revenue, pipeline, quota attainment, and growth trends
- Analyze actual performance versus plans and provide clear, executive-level insights on variances and business drivers
- Translate large, complex data sets into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Ensure metrics and compensation plans drive the focused priorities for the SSG Sales organization
- Forecasting Planning
- Own and continuously improve forecasting models and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and predictability
- Lead key planning processes, including quota setting and deployment, territory management, and resource alignment
- Use historical data and forward-looking insights to guide business decisions and strategic investments
- Operational Excellence Governance
- Establish and enforce strong governance across sales operations processes, including pipeline management, forecasting cadence, and financial alignment
- Maintain and optimize sales systems and data integrity (e.g., CRM, reporting tools)
- Ensure alignment with financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting standards
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Partner closely with Finance on order load, revenue tracking, margin performance, and financial planning
- Interface with Sales and other functions on pipeline health, supply chain priorities, and go-to-market execution
- Drive collaboration to remove operational barriers and improve efficiency across the business
- Transformation Continuous Improvement
- Lead business transformation initiatives and process improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline operations using data, tools, and analytics
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or a related field, with increasing responsibility
