About the role

The Sales Merchandiser Specialist 5Day supports sales operations by managing product merchandising, rotations, and displays. They provide vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and ensure proper route coverage, acting as a liaison between customers, merchandisers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Fills and merchandises products according to procedures
• Executes promotions and maintains point-of-sale materials
• Maintains back room organization
• Builds relationships with store personnel
• Follows safety protocols
• Communicates market or competitive issues
• May handle early morning or late evening weekend routes

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• 0-1 years of work experience

• Ability to operate safely in varying environments, including weather, coolers, and storage areas
